Utility Building Lofts – Unit 104

A Private Home Base for Your Altus AFB TDY

Make yourself comfortable in Unit 104 at the Utility Building Lofts. Located in the former City of Altus utility office building, this renovated, fully furnished loft offers a welcoming place to stay during military training or an extended assignment.

With your own kitchen and living space, covered parking in a gated lot, and responsive local management, you can settle in and focus on your time in Altus.

The Entire Loft Is Yours

Enjoy the privacy of an entire unit—no roommates or shared indoor living areas. Prepare meals on your schedule, relax after training, and keep your own routine throughout your stay.

Coming with training buddies? Ask about booking separate lofts in the same building so you can spend time together while each having a private place to recharge.

Covered Parking in a Gated Lot

Keep your vehicle sheltered from sun and weather with covered parking in the building’s gated parking lot. It’s a practical convenience when you’re bringing a vehicle for an extended Altus TDY.

Spouses Welcome

Your assignment doesn’t have to mean time apart. Unit 104 is spouse-friendly, giving you and your partner a furnished home base where you can cook, unwind, and enjoy your stay together.

Everyday Comforts for Extended Stays

A private kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before training or enjoy dinner at home. Your furnished living area provides space to relax, making a longer stay more comfortable.

Veteran Owned with Local Property Management

Altus TDY House is veteran owned and operated—for aircrew, by aircrew. We understand the value of having a comfortable, well-maintained place to call home during a military assignment.
