Utility Building Lofts – Unit 105

Your Home Away from Home During an Altus AFB TDY

Enjoy a comfortable extended stay at the Utility Building Lofts. Located in the former City of Altus utility office building, Unit 105 offers a fully furnished, private home base for military training and assignments in Altus.

Settle into your own kitchen and living space, enjoy covered parking in a gated lot, and count on support from property management located right here in town.

Private Accommodations—No Roommates

The entire loft is yours throughout your stay. Cook when you want, unwind after training, and follow your own routine without sharing your kitchen or indoor living areas with strangers.

Traveling with training buddies? Ask about reserving separate lofts in the same building so you can stay close while each enjoying your own private accommodations.

Covered Parking in a Gated Lot

Covered parking helps shelter your vehicle from sun and weather during your assignment. The building’s gated parking lot offers convenient parking for guests bringing a vehicle to Altus.

Bring Your Spouse Along

Unit 105 is spouse-friendly, allowing you to share your TDY experience with your partner. Enjoy the convenience of a furnished loft where you can prepare meals, spend time together, and maintain a comfortable daily routine.

A Private Kitchen and Space to Relax

Having your own kitchen makes an extended stay easier, whether you’re preparing breakfast before training or enjoying dinner at home. Your furnished living area gives you a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day.
