Private TDY Housing in the Former City of Altus Utility Office

Settle into a comfortable home away from home at the Utility Building Lofts. Located in the former City of Altus utility office building, Unit 103 offers fully furnished accommodations for military training and extended stays.

Enjoy an entire private loft, covered parking in a gated lot, and support from property management located right here in Altus.

Your Entire Loft—No Roommates

Your kitchen and living space are entirely yours. Cook on your own schedule, relax after training, and enjoy the privacy of your own home without sharing indoor accommodations with strangers.

Coming to Altus with training buddies? Ask about reserving separate lofts in the same building. You can stay close while each having your own space to unwind.

Covered Parking in a Gated Lot

Covered parking helps shelter your vehicle from sun and weather throughout your stay. The building’s gated parking lot provides a convenient place to park during your Altus assignment.

Spouse-Friendly Accommodations

Bring your spouse along and share your TDY experience. With furnished living space and a private kitchen, Unit 103 makes it easier to maintain your everyday routine and enjoy time together away from home.

Furnished for an Extended Stay

Prepare meals in your own kitchen and spend your downtime in a comfortable living area. Whether you’re getting ready for an early training day or enjoying an evening in, your private loft gives you room to settle in.

Veteran Owned with Responsive Local Support

Altus TDY House is veteran owned and operated—for aircrew, by aircrew. We understand the importance of comfortable accommodations during a military assignment.

Our Altus-based property management team provides responsive support and hands-on care throughout your stay. We take pride in clean, well-maintained properties and making sure our guests are taken care of.

Know Before You Book
