Utility Building Lofts – Unit 102

Your Own Place to Call Home During Your Altus TDY

Enjoy a private, fully furnished stay in the former City of Altus utility office building. Thoughtfully renovated for extended stays, Unit 102 offers the comforts of home with covered parking in a gated lot and responsive local property management.

Whether you’re arriving for military training or another extended assignment, this Altus AFB crashpad gives you space to settle in and follow your own routine.

Private Kitchen and Living Space—No Roommates

The entire loft is yours. Enjoy your own kitchen and living area without sharing your indoor accommodations with strangers. Make breakfast before training, prepare dinner on your schedule, and relax in your own space at the end of the day.

Traveling with training buddies? Ask about booking separate lofts in the same building so you can stay close while each having a private home base.

Covered Parking in a Gated Lot

Keep your vehicle sheltered from sun and weather with covered parking in the building’s gated parking lot. It’s a convenient addition for guests bringing a vehicle during a longer stay in Altus.

Bring Your Spouse Along

Unit 102 is spouse-friendly, making it easy to share your TDY experience with your partner. Enjoy the everyday convenience of a furnished loft where you can cook, spend time together, and feel at home throughout your assignment.
