Utility Building Lofts – Unit 106

Private, Furnished Housing for Your Altus AFB TDY

Make Unit 106 your home base during military training or an extended assignment in Altus. Located in the former City of Altus utility office building, this renovated loft offers fully furnished accommodations with your own kitchen and living space.

Enjoy the convenience of covered parking in a gated lot and responsive support from a property management team located right here in Altus.

Your Own Space—No Roommates

You’ll have the entire loft to yourself, with no shared kitchen or indoor living areas. Prepare meals on your schedule, relax after training, and settle into a routine that works for you.

Coming to training with buddies? Ask about booking separate lofts in the same building so you can stay close while each having a private place to call home.

Covered Parking in a Gated Lot

Keep your vehicle sheltered from sun and weather with covered parking in the building’s gated parking lot. It’s an everyday convenience for guests bringing a vehicle during a longer stay.

Spouse-Friendly Accommodations

Bring your spouse along and enjoy your time in Altus together. With furnished living space and a private kitchen, Unit 106 makes it easier to share meals, unwind, and feel at home throughout your TDY.

Comfort and Convenience for Extended Stays

Your own kitchen gives you the flexibility to cook at home rather than dine out for every meal. A comfortable furnished living area provides space to relax after a busy day, helping you settle in for the weeks or months ahead.

Veteran Owned with Responsive Local Support

Altus TDY House is veteran owned and operated—for aircrew, by aircrew. We understand the importance of a comfortable, well-maintained home during a military assignment.

Our property management team is based in Altus, providing hands-on care and responsive support throughout your stay. We take pride in looking after our properties and making sure you’re taken care of.

Know Before You Book

Unit 106 is a private, entire-unit rental. The gated parking lot is shared by the building’s guests. Pets are not permitted.
